We are looking for an Alumni Coordinator to be a part of an exciting program and play a critical support role to the Alumni Engagement Manager across all elements of Aus4Skills’ alumni engagement.

Aus4Skills
The goal of Aus4Skills is to support Vietnam to access and use high level professional and technical knowledge, skills and competencies, to contribute to the country’s sustainable economic and inclusive development. The program also aims to deepen Vietnamese and Australian people-to-people and institutional links and therefore strengthen the partnership between the two countries. Aus4Skills is managed by Tetra Tech International Development on behalf of Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of an annual Alumni Engagement Plan
- Support the establishment and delivery of Communities of Practice and mentoring for target alumni cohorts including grantees and women in leadership journey participants
- Support the delivery of alumni events in accordance with approved annual plans and relevant policies and procedures
- Provide administration support for the Australian Alumni Grants Fund (AAGF) such as recording and initial screening of grants applications against set criteria, preparing the necessary AAGF agreements, etc.
- Support financial management tasks related to alumni engagement activities
Selection criteria
- Undergraduate degree(s), in communications, media, marketing, public relations, human resources or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience with coordinating the planning and delivery of a variety of events, such as short courses, workshops, conferences and seminars in Vietnam
- Proven professional experience in an international project or development context
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English language
