Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Tetra Tech International Development) as the managing contractor of the Aus4Skills Program and the Vietnam Australia Centre on behalf of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Vietnam, is seeking proposals from service providers to contribute to a research series which examines key lessons from Vietnam’s 40 years of Doi Moi and provides policy recommendations to inform future policy reform (the “Strategic Research”) as per the details more fully described in this Request for Tender (RFT), Part B: Scope of Services.

To submit a proposal to design and deliver the Strategic Research the lead business must be an Australian tertiary institution as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2023 Table A, B and C, a research institute or international policy think tank.
Consortiums which identify a single organisation as the lead contracting entity are preferred.
