The Australia Awards Scholarships 2017 round has been completed with the announcement of 60 conditional awards following the Joint Selection Committee meeting on 11 July 2017.
In addition 6 conditional awardees have been placed on the reserve list.
All will study at the Master degree level at a university of their choice in Australia.
There are 46 female conditional awardees and 14 men.
The conditional awardees include 2 persons with disability and 12 rural disadvantaged.
Of the conditional awardees, 37 will undertake pre-course English language training at RMIT Vietnam starting in August/September 2017.
The remaining 23 conditional awardees who meet the English language and academic entry requirements of their chosen course can commence their studies as early as January 2018.
